Appearance: pale lemon. Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of pear, nougat, mineral, pastry, honey, brioche, blossom, chamomile. It’s developing. Palate: dry, medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus flavour intensity, some grapefruit, melon and pastry note come through. The finish is medium plus as well. Overall, it’s a very good wine. Drink perfectly well now. I’m not sure how much more cellaring would further add.
