Delightful, hip, red-juicy unsulfured wine made from Grenache of Languedoc-Roussillon by a German-born winemaker of low intervention wines from the south of France. Light fermentation still active and gassy enough to be a preservative but without funk or masking the grape's character. 12.5% abv. Axel Prüfer also works with Cinsault and Carignan. Nice, deft touch.
