  • Opened tight, but with a couple hours of air, it transformed into a beauty: lush and smooth. The nose is primarily boysenberry. In the mouth, after the air time, the early disjointed tannins had resolved to very fine and well integrated. Flavors of blackberry, iron, floral elements and a hint of pepper. The finish is long, with the gentle acids keeping the saliva coming on and on.
