Opened and left to sit for a few hours. This has a great floral nose, flavours of red berry mixed with cherry. Enticing sweetness , mild tannins. A lip smacking wine . Great to the last drop. Excellent Bourgogne. If you put a few aside will improve with a couple of more years of cellaring.

Ca pinote au nez. Un fruit rouge un peu acidulé en bouche au début, canneberges entre autres, acidité un peu élevé, ça s’améliore avec l’air, belle texture pour un vin de ce niveau, belle finale délicieuse, difficile de trouver un meilleur vin de ce niveau. 90-91
Very nice pinot like nose, red fruit with a bit of tangy side on the palate, more on the cranberries at first, the acidity comes out, it gets better with time in the glass, fresh, refined, silky without being thick, nice delicious finish.

Beau nez qui pinote à souhait, fruits rouges un peu acidulés, des épices douces. La bouche est d’une belle fraîcheur, on sent une belle acidité avec une certaine structure et densité apportant juste assez de poigne, tout en équilibre et superbe pour le niveau.
Nice typical Burgundy nose with Red fruits, slightly tangy, some spices. The palate is fresh, elegant, a certain acidity, some density of texture still, good structure and slightly grippy tannins that are very approachable, well balanced and great for the level.

Medium to dk in colour. Sight nose of flowers and fruit. Good acidity, more dark fruit dominant then red berry flavours. Tannins are subdued but noticeable. Reasonably good Bourgogne at this point but need to re visit another bottle in 6 months to a year to see if this will get even better.

A Bourgogne at 91? Yep. Beautiful elegant refined red cherry aromas. Too much power to be considered raspberry but still red fruits. Aromas and flavours of violets, which I’m beginning to see as a hallmark of 2019. The power on the palate for a Bourgogne is in a league of its own. Chambolle characters. Masked I would be in serious villages or better. Already drinking wonderfully, with the tension and poise and violets of 2019. Better in 3 or more years.

A spectacular Bourgogne with village or above weight in a feminine style. It had exceelent fruit purity of red and purple fruit. Clean and precise.
