Plum, cocoa, black cherry and dried mint on the nose, with mixed berries on the palate. Nice depth to this - a very nice merlot. Approachable now but still showing young.

Popped and poured. Seemed to have some fine sediment or was slightly cloudy in the glass. Nose and palate both dominated by dark, ripe black plums and black cherry. A bit of oak coming through but not too much. Medium acid and tannin. Pretty smooth on the mouthfeel. Solid wine but a tad uninspired.
