Made from 90 % Glera, 5 % Bianchetta and 5 % Perera. 11.5 ABV and 10 g/l residual sugar.
A fairly good prosecco. The bouquet - though quite neutral - is slightly aromatic. The acidity is present but secluded which remains this wine's overall weakness. Apples, pears and lime zest are the most prelavent notes. The finish is long and redeems the overall impression. Easy-drinking, not particularily complex.
Drink.

A private dinner (Restaurant Bussia, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of 90% Glera, 5% Bianchetta and 5% Perera. Apple, pear, supple and juicy, lively mousse, light (11% ABV) and floral, dry but rounded, moderate dosage (10 gr/l). Attractive, fruit-driven, easy-going.
