Light salmon colour. Dry, intense, flavour packed rose. Apparently has a component of sauvignon blanc in it (has to be <20% else it has to be declared on the label. Must be his secret technique). Actually makes you smack your lips. Borders on salty which it cannot actually be but it is that magic combination of fruit/acid/skin tannins to have that illusion. Certainly the best 2020/2021 Rose I have tasted so far and awesome pricing. Mike, I have a man crush!
