Still terrific. Everything has settled in more since my last bottle ~6 months ago, wish I had more. More developed with loads of cherries and some strawberry, hint of florals and some herbs (garrigue?), and signature minerality. Acid and tannins seemed a more relaxed, but still provided great structure without seeming harsh, especially sipping after finishing a meal.

Touch of barnyard and reduction at first, followed by the sort of pooey aromatics flowers - peonies? - occasionally emit. By the next day it was glorious - truly violet-scented and peppery, with an edge of blueberries and blackcurrants. The grippy, wound tannins had relaxed and were almost silken, coupled with buckets of fresh (but not harsh) acidity. Lovely wine from a wonderful producer.

Decanted for 1h then back into bottle and brought to tasting. Was open for 5h. Put 1/4 bottle into 187 ml bottle in wone fridge Now day 2. Aromas of minerals, herbs, ripe red cherries, and a hint of bubblegum. Palate w just ripe red cherries, savory herbs, minerals, and even a hint of beef broth. Nice depth. Medium body w excellent, juicy acids and mild+ tannins. Moderately short finish of fruit, minerals and herbs. More mineral and savory than 19 Foillard Cote du Py that was drunk side by side. But doesn't have the depth and length of that wine. Regardless, this wine is delicious and certainly has enough structure to evolve positively for another 10 yrs or more. Nicely done.

Consistent as ever, crunchy berries with just the right amount of tartness and spice to accentuate everything. Energetic minerality. I've had a couple of other vintages and was worried this might have suffered from the hot year, but it seems perfectly happy and ready to drink now.

Definitely not a flabby overripe gamay... Tannins balanced with acidity and a dense fruit core that is bit closed at this early age. Vegetal flavor edge makes this more interesting. Worked well with grilled duck breast.

I really like this wine. Bright red fruits - light bodied - and a bit of complexity. Notes of cookie and herbs. Clean steady profile with soft silky mis palate tannins and sufficient acidity to carry fruit. Delicious

This is drinking superb. Perfect fruit and acid balance, easy to drink, lean and savory. I liked it more than the 2018. Terrific.

Very nice gamay. Quite ripe but avoids the surfeiting flavors and feel that really ripe bojos can have. $65 at Seki.

Good wine but not the depth and intensity than the 2019 is showing. Maybe need more time or it’s rhe vintage

Nose is cranberry, violets, almost gamey / sanguine, green pepper. Palate is juicy but not thin with ripe cranberry, blackcurrant, anise.

The winemaking is beyond reproach and the fruit is superb. Slightly denser palate with a longer finish for the 2018, but this still delivers.
