Same as a month ago. Open, lovely, no green at all. I’m picking up my 2021 in October and thank God because I’m drinking through those villages at a hectic pace.

This is so open and delicious right now. This is peaches and green apples with an oyster shell whiff on the nose that carries through on the palate. Medium bodied with a long mineral and saline finish. There is no denying this is Chablis and such a perfect drink to wait for the 1er and GC to open up. Great wine, good price.

I think it showed better than the Séchets tonight! The fruit is more expressive showing a little more ripeness that just showcases the minerality and see breeze even more. So good to drink right now.

The reduction blew off the glass in mere seconds. Ripe peach, melon initially but then the seashells, iodine whiff comes in nicely. The palate is nicely balanced, slightly rich and I thought maybe lacking a little bit in acidity but gosh darn it, the salinity and hint of bitterness comes in to add freshness and complete the picture. Super enjoyable, drinks beautifully right out of the gate.

Pale to Medium golden color. Slight flinty reduction. Scents of honeysuckle, lime zest, almond, seashells, some bee's wax. Fruits of green apple/pear, melon/cucumber and a slight hint of guava. In midpalate, grapefruit pith bitterness lingers. Lemony finish with saline and jasmine note. Medium minus body, medium plus acidity.
Naked Chablis! Good weight and the richer texture.

Yellow-gold color. Melons, apples on the nose. Crisp and full on the palate, lemons, Granny Smith apples, loads of minerals. Melons on the mid-palate. Bright acidity, wonderful balance. Finishes long with cleansing acidity, green apples, hint of spice, minerals. Classic Chablis. Drink next 5 years.
