  • Had at the best restaurant wine cellar in Portugal…. that’s a secret!
Rich, composed dark fruit with peppercorns, moldy cheese rind (in a good way) and dense sweetness of caramel and nougat. Fine mouthfeel of fruit and oaky sweetness, followed by robust acidity and tannins that fade into an inky finish that is balanced and long lasting. Nebbiolo like in its style but Bairrada and through and through. Drink now through 2030 at least.
