Unusual and interesting sparkling Pinot Noir. If you like both champagne and pinot, I would give it a try. Nice mousse, lots of red fruit (rasberry, strawberry) and peppery spice. Drinks like a champagne but with more body and spice. Very nice on its own. I'd had this sitting in the fridge for years, not knowing quite what occassion to drink it on. I'm still not sure how I would drink it except on its own, but it was really quite nice, once I'd got over the shock of drinking a sparkling, spicey red wine.
