  • Very tropical nose - pineapple, guava, lemon, and saline. Light bodied, crisp, and refreshing. Lemons and pineapples on the palate. Medium short cleansing finish of lemon oil, saline, and some candied tropical fruit.

  • Ever so slightly more tropical than past vintages with notes of starfruit sticking out, also citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit (but not bitter), moderate acidity medium length finish, nice.

  • My first taste of a Ryme (white) wine, this pale, straw-colored "Hers" Vermentino struck out with scents of saline and lemon (thoughts of ocean spray). On the palate, it presents crisp, clean, light-bodied with a slight effervescence. Zippy acid, and tangy flavors of rangpur lime tantalize the tongue. This is not a creamy or full-bodied white. It's more specific and focused. The length is quite there, and open two days, I did not detect a hint of change from day-1. The wine is still young, but certainly is available to pair with many foods if called upon. Very nice experience.
