  • Mid lemon, verging on yellow. Very full nose, lemon, tangerine, cooking apple: tangy, fruity and expressive. Lovely rich palate, with more lemon acidity, some apple and pear flavours, good length, and perhaps a hint of minerality towards the finish. Very satisfying, open and quite broad, but still young and fresh. Very nice wine, with or without food. Might stand 2-5 years' careful cellaring. [Booths, £7.49]
