Full lemon with cloudy appearance. Medium (+) and developing nose with green apples, pear, leather, tangerine and lime. Medium taste of green apples, pear, leather, tangerine and lime. Medium l my and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good unfiltered Riesling with a touch of skin contact. Needed half an hour to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
