Nice pink/salmon color with lots of bubbles. Balanced on the palate. Aromas of rose, orange, and pastry dough. Dry with nice acidity (pH=3) and citrus flavors. No dosage. From the winery website: Made using Methodo Classico with 100% pinot nero. Fermented first in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by about 9 months of aging. Second fermentation followed by at least 40 months on lees. Riddling is done by hand for about 18 days. 12.5% ABV. Residual sugar 0-1 grams/liter.
