Salmon colored with orangish tinge. Light and fragrant on the nose: strawberry, red berries, herbs. Melon, orange and a slight mineral/salinity on the palate. Thirst-quenching acidity. Longish finish for summer water. Tasty, but not sure its worth 2x the tariff of comparable provencal rose.

Med intensity, elegant aroma's of fresh fruits such as peach, strawberry, red apple, melon and butter and fresh herbs. Refreshing with med intensity flavours, round and elegant. Vibrant, lemonjuice like, med(+) acidity. Long lasting aftertaste.

Stunning salmon-bronze in color. Cantaloupe dominates the nose and palate. A bit of a floral note appears as the wine opens while the finish continues with the cantaloupe but is joined by some herbal notes of thyme and others but not quite herbs de Provence. A very pretty example of what a rosé can be. No sediment. 13.5% alc. With nibbles on the terrace by the fireplace. 05.20.23. Recommended.

Nose: Aromas of strawberries, herbs, cornbread and fresh air. Spring is finally here in MN! Palate: Sweet strawberries with minerals, good acidic tension, and a lengthy, elegant finish. SO glad I bought 3 bottles of this for the killer price of $40/btl. I banked on the fab 2021 vintage in Provence combined with this producer and property. A good gamble for sure. Winter is dead..time for the rebirth of spring, and nothing kicks it off better than this.

A really clear light pink color this has lots of acid but tastes yummy. A faint smell of roses in the spring and a little grapefruit on the tail end. I really like it but my wife thought the grapefruit on the end was too much. This would go well with poke or salmon.

Slighty more colour to this classic Rosé. Very tasty, pale red and white fruit - peach and quince. Wonderfully refreshing and clearly high quality. Curved bottle shape may not appeal to those with shelving. The Estate is right next door to Tempier and an interesting contrast - you can see the investment from Roederer taking place.

Lovely rosé. Delicate, pillowy, some complexity. Whether it's worth the tariff is another story.

WINE & SPIRITS TOP 100, SAN FRANCISCO (San Francisco, Ca.): Nose of peach, watermelon, and spring flowers, same on the palate, medium body, tasty, almost mouth filling, fresh, might improve with a year in the cellar, medium finish.
