Rhubarb and strawberry on the nose with a hint of almost citrus. Palate is Lucy with cherry flavors and hint of tannins around the edges. Overall really surprised the place this is in. Finish is lengthy with a lingering tobacco. Drink up, it’s signing at pop and pour.

Decanted an hour. Pale magenta in color. Expressive nose. Strawberry and cherry. Fruit is still ripe with earthy undertones. Some fresh acidity provides balance. Long sweet finish.

Pop and pour. Big and full, but expressive nose that highlights dark almost brooding fruit with hints of citrus and a little licorice on the edges. Initial palate shows fully ripe fruit that fills the palate, yet there's balancing acidity that keeps it nicely focused. Nice length in the mouth. It's big but not overwhelming, it's ripe but not boozy. This same full-yet-light theme carries over to the finish as well which is surprisingly clean and fresh given the bottle's age and the ripeness of the vintage. A well made wine and a very enjoyable bottle.

Popped and poured. Aromas of berry and cola. Forward palate of cherries and licorice, with a bit of spritz. Very sweet spicy cherry finish. Enjoyable, but a bit clunky and not a great QPR at $30.

Drank slowly over the evening with and without food. Darker fruit, just a residue of tannin, surprisingly simple with a short finish for a Patricia Green of this vintage.

Fizzy...Not sure that is a good thing with a Pinot, but it wasn't that enjoyable for me. Good fruit and earth flavors, but the 'fizz' was not good for me.

the bottle was oxidized. this was very annoying because I could taste the promise of this wine. I have not had much luck with Green's wines.......wish it was different. I like Oregon pinots.

Notes from second half of bottle on day two. Color is dark, more purple than red. Nose is cherry and roses, less powerful than yesterday. Much smoother on the palate than on day one. When first opened, the acidity was harsh. Now it and the alcohol are more nicely integrated with the fruit. It's black cherry, blackberry, anise, and some lemon. The fruit stood out a little more on day one. Finishes slightly bitter.
This wine was best with a couple hours of air on the first day, but is still enjoyable today. Very nice for the price.

Horribly disappointing. I tasted over 3 hours from decanter & the next day & at varying temps just to be sure. Had a tannic sharpness that wouldn't go away. Maybe with aging? Could taste the cherry & berry, touch of cola, but they wouldn't shine through. Too much spice that clashed with the sharpness.

Aromas of fresh earth, beets, and raspberries roll from the glass. In the mouth it's light and simple as flavors of strawberry & raspberry persist. This is a simple, and very serviceable Pinot Noir. I think a little more time in bottle will help it...as the acid was dominant initially. However, with an hour in the decanter it settled into a nice beautiful wine. Be careful relying on numbers with this wine. It is a very good wine for the price point that it rests in...

Aromas of raspberry and tilled soil. The bright red fruit and earth have yet to integrate on the palate. A touch of heat shows on the finish. “Reserve” designation, though this is the low end bottling from Patricia Green’s 2006 vintage.

Cherries and earth on the nose, joined by a bit of cola. The above qualities are joined by spice in the mouth, and the tannins are slightly sweet. Decent length. From a horizontal tasting at a store.

Good wine, nice nose, short finish. If I got this in a restaurant, I would be really pleased.

Very yummy. Bright tart acidity, backed up by good fruit. Typical of better new Oregon Pinot.
