Pinot noir form the youngest vines of the domain. Intense nose of sulfur, raspberry, red berries and a hint of cinnamon. Juicy wine, light, easy drinking with a spicy note. Good introduction to the estate.

Strong fruit flavor but not the subtle elegant style I’ve come to enjoy in Pinot Noir. More big fruity CA to me than burgundy. Better the second day, but I wouldn’t buy again

We let this breathe for 1.5 hours. This was a finesse wine all around, light in style, nothing off putting, low alcohol, smooth and easy drinking with little to no tannins. Light but nice aromatics of dark fruit on the nose, bright ripe cherry and raspberry on the palette, great acidity with herbaceous notes of herbs de provence, touch of cinnamon with wonderfully balanced minerality including some light salinity on the finish. Light mouthfeel with medium to long finish of light raspberry.

This is really lovely. Red and blue fruit dominate. This pinot is fresh, elegent and easy to drink due to it's lightness. The type of wine that makes you want to try the whole range.

completely transparent, light in body. Floral with rose petal and some red fruit. The cool climate comes through. This reminds me of what a young fixin used to taste like on release. The knock here is that it feels a bit dilute

Wine exceeded my expectations. Very complex wine with lots going on there. Palate showed flavors of raspberry and bramble. Paired beautifully with grilled King Salmon. I’m looking forward to the next several bottles.

Well, this is surely how to define entry-level winemaking - brief, flat, fruit-fatigued & non-complex, while remaining a massive crowd-pleaser - ethereal, fresh w ample acidity. Beautiful pale ruby, fully translucent in appearance. The wine opens on a reticent note w strawberries, redcurrant, a tad smoke & oranges. Palate is airy, clearly high-altitude affected, light-bodied, great acidity, completely lacking depth & complexity, linear to the point of lethargy, lots of brightness, finishing brief & bitter-sweet.

Appearance - clear, strawberry red. See through vs opaque. As you would expect.
Nose - youthful. Medium plus intensity. Red berry fruits. Strawberry, raspberry ripe. I will say, roasting chicken now and the smells are blending lovely. You get cassis and pomegranate
Palate - it’s been open a while and I’ve been sipping. Very vibrant. Youthful. Red berry fruits. Strawberry. Raspberry. Medium plus intensity. Acidity is medium plus. Finish is medium plus. Body is medium. There is a little of that stemmy bitterness on the finish. Alcohol feels integrated. Bottle says 12.5 abv.
This feels very new world modern production vs traditional. And not really your typical Pinot Noir. More like a Grenache with the lighter body of a Pinot noir, but I suspect in a blind taste you would have a tough time. Pure ripe fruit. On a few occasions I felt it was a West Coast wine vs something I would associate with Argentina. Granted most of my Argentina is Malbec. This is not a Malbec. Price seems a bit high for Argentina wine but maybe it’s about education of consumer towards this grape. I think they did a nice job here and it feels like care went into the production it’s just a different expression of Pinot Noir. Im actually not sure on aging, but the far date if 2038 seems a tad ambitious. Not enough structure for that. Are they hoping for the next Burgundy region?

At a tasting, small pour, too green, simple on the palate

Lys ung rød. Tydelig jordbær, kirsebær. Ok lengde. God drikkevin, men mangler kompleksitet. Minner mer om gamay/beaujolais.
