Concur w/Scott@arestuarants observations. Decanted three (3) hours and likely needed six (6) or more. Deep maroon in color. Displays combined aromas of red fruit flavors, red plumb, red cherry cranberry, currant set upon a dusty earthen base. Immense structure that was nearly unapproachable after three (3) hour decant. Fine grain tannins are fiercely astringent and drying moving to truncated mouth-puckering finish. Came back to this several hours later and veil was starting to lift but still giving little joy. I'm of the opinion this will require several years to tame down and approach. Can be had now but would definitely slow ox w/double, triple, quadruple decant.

Vibrant medium+ ruby. Nose is bright, baking spice, brown sugar, red-fruit profile bordering on ripe, some earthy notes underneath. The nose blossomed with just 15 minutes of bottle air relative to initial pop and pour. Almost medium on the palate, can feel a bit of alcohol on the tongue, very primary and delicious fresh cherry and strawberry; some cola and bubblegum elements for those fruits.
Tasty, could use some years to settle down just a smidge. This is a wine, certainly right now, you definitely want to serve slightly chilled at about 55 degrees to combat the alcohol notes.

2020 vintage. The single, most intense wine I've had this year. Decanted and tasted immediately and after an hour. Medium body. That hour did little to soften the palate assault. Somewhat difficult to rate this effort. A 9.6/96 for sheer, pinot concentration chutzpah but dropped down to a 9.3/93 because said concentration made it impossible to accurately assess subtleties and nuances. More acidic (think cranberries) vs tannic. Tremendous color. Bashful, this ain't. Thanksgiving 11.23.23.

Flowery red berry aroma - deep, intense, and concentrated. The aroma is the best part.
Semi-sweet but also crisp blackberry, black currant and cherry flavors with an earthy edge. Somewhat more rustic and less refined than other single vineyard bottlings, but still charming and delicious in its own right. Thick and viscous texture. Sweet but crunchy. Really opened up and became more approachable after 2 hours in the decanter.
Very tasty but needs more time to come together, hold. Or give lots of air.

Deep magenta in color with a medium body and full nose of mixed berries. Cranberries, blueberries and strawberries on the nose up front with a hint of vegetation. Lush and even keeled all at the same time with a grippy moderate finish.

I didn't take notes but this was really great upon pop and pour. So expressive on palate and nose with darker red fruit and oak notes. Fuller bodied with plush tannins and sufficient acidity to keep us coming back for more. Showed better than my last bottle and I'd probably score this a 93 or so if I took notes.
Showed better than our last bottle.

Slow ox’d in decanter for 3 hours then double decanted for travel to family for thanksgiving. Tons of potential and can tell this will age wonderfully. Still has a lot of weight on it but finesse is there too. Looking forward to trying other bottles. 3-4 yrs.

It’s hard to not enjoy any Aubert Pinot, and this was no exception. Worthwhile to have in reasonable amounts for the long term.

Deep ruby color with slow legs. Light oak, cedar, and red plum on the nose. Black cherry jam and cola dominate the palate. Long velvety finish.

While this was quite good, maybe not quite up to the level of the other Aubert pinots.

Method: decanted for 1 hour then back into the bottle; Burgundy glass
Look: medium ruby
Nose: forest, evergreen, cherry
Palate: bing cherry, chocolate, orange peel; long- finish of pine forest, orange, black pepper; dry; medium+ body; medium- round tannin; medium acidity
Overall thoughts: Very nice mouthfeel and decent complexity. This is still coming together, but it's a pretty great wine.
