I wanted to like this more than I did. Yes, light bodied and perfumed, yes 12.5% abv, but also a tropical (mango and longan) note that was overpowering. It was very disconcerting - I thought I was drinking a Sauvignon Blanc from NZ.

Smells first like a black garbage bag of dried leaves and green herbs. Then brown sugar and soy sauce.
Complex, crunchy, umami, moves on to brighter times and sour cheery cherry juice.
