  • Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon-green colour, with consistent fine bubbles, wide watery rims and legs.
    Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of green apple, floral notes of acacia, stone fruit of peach, autolytic notes of biscuit and yeast, mineral notes of stony, maturity notes of honey. The wine is developing.
    Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine has medium (-) alcohol and light body, with medium (+) intensity flavours of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of green apple, autolytic notes of yeast and toast, mineral notes of stony. The wine has a medium (+) finish.
    Conclusion: Very good quality Champagne with an intense nose showing decent complexity, with the citrus and green apple note prominent, followed by the autolytic yeasty and mineral, plus hints of development of honey. The palate is refreshing, vibrant with good acidity, having good finesse and nice concentration, with also a fairly long finish. It is ready to drink now but can further develop for another 3-5 years.
