  • Pale yellow-gold with green tint. Citrus, zest, white flowers, honey, and minerality. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long astringent finish. Fresh, sharp, edgy and elegant.

Paired with 2021 1er Cru Beauroy. Seemed like Beauroy is more open and rounder than this 2021 1er Cru Côte de Léchet from same winery, which was tight and needed more time.

ADDENDUM: After opening 6 hours, wine opened up and softened a little. As such, I would recommend decanting this bottle or letting it breath for hours before consumption.
