  • Dark cherries, oak, blood orange, and vanilla. A delightful sweetness and completely integrated tannins. Everything is perfectly balanced, with the oak harmonizing with herbs and more complex flavors of red fruits and perfect acidity. A truly excellent wine!

  • First go with this Val di Suga single-vineyard Brunello (v18, 14.5% ABV) - a brooding, elegant, fresh & intense wine, fine fruit concentration & firm, grainy tannins at the end. Drinking superbly upon release but to be watched as it evolves. A terrific perfume-driven nose providing scents of sour red cherries, distinct licorice, smoke, earth, tar, rose petals & fresh herbs. The palate - m+bodied, layered, complex - is fruit-driven, silky & super-juicy at the fore leading to a spicy, chalky-dry & firm tannic close.

  • Richer than it's two sieblings, more roasted, dark. Well made, notes of chocolate, but very balanced.
