Orange or perhaps more specifically tangerine aspect to the nose that is really lovely. The palate is more of the same with some sesame/cashew nuttiness, rose water and chamomile floral profile with a stone, honey, and saline bass tone.
Beautiful wine with good acidity and enough body to stand up to bold charcuterie.
More of a vin gris than rose in color.

I love this rosé. It doesn’t look at all like a rosé, but it smells and tastes like one. It has great acidity, nice richness and minerals and a great finish.

Friday Night Brown Bagger (R&R's): Double blind. So pale as to be nearly colorless, with notes of citrus, florals and mineral. A bit lean, though not to the point of being austere, with racy acidity and flavors of green apple, citrus and hints of lemongrass. Seemed very much like an old world sauv blanc.

Our Provençal rosé, with just a hint of color is aromatically layered, dry with no sign of sweetness, and designed to please at any occasion. We chose and farmed blocks specifically for rosé and harvested at a lower brix, this wine emulates bright, vibrant acidity to make you dream of summers in France.

Super light in color. No blush at all yet still has the freshness and acidity of a good rose`

Super light this year, surprisingly high in alcohol. Still lovely though, really enjoyed.

Arguably, the best French rose I have ever had, and it is from Paso 🤣
