Extremely simple, fairly mute on the nose, tastes like lemons mostly on the palate. Not rating because I probably wasn't paying close enough attention to give it a fair shot.

I typically write off Pinot Blanc, but this is one worth drinking. It has definition and clarity, with a crisp, ripe, orchard fruit profile and enough minerality to add depth and complexity. Really nice with a schnitzel.

I’ve long regarded Trimbach as the benchmark for Alsatian Pinot blanc and the 2021 makes clear why. Light bodied, clean, and crisp it’s everything I want from a pinot blanc when I reach for one. The aroma is bright and steely, tart green apples and lemon zest and a refreshing green aroma like being in the forest right after a drenching rain. White flowers like daisies and hydrangeas.
The palate is clean and juicy, with a lemony acidity tempered by yeasty biscuit flavors, and baked apple with just a twinge of spice. The thing I love about a good pinot blanc, and this is a verry good pinot blanc, is that they are eminently quaffable and refreshing, but Trimbach’s year in and year out comes with enough interest to make it ponderable as well.

Medium lemon. Peaches, apricots, floral nose. Similar palate with a hint of citrus fruit. Light/medium bodied. Good value, easy drinking pinot blanc which should drink well for 2/3 years.

Another good bottle from Trimbach. Floral, orange peel, lemon, spices and grassy note. Good acidity.

No formal notes; perhaps the most "this is some white wine" white wine I've ever had.

Quite enjoyable with subtle flavour of lemon, orange peel, apricot and some minerality supported by well embedded acidity
