With a little air, this reveals absolutely gorgeous aromas of wild cherry, pomegranate, earthy barnyard and peppery spice notes which lead to a fresh, similarly flavored, slightly tart, classy, crunchy finish.

Initial funk which blew off quickly. Tastes like cherries and pomegranate arils that fell in dirt but because of the 5 second rule you pick up and eat. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Villages tasting like cru over here.

Possible slightly off bottle: big fan of this wine and love the balance in 2021 versus 2020.
BUT this was the first bottle I've ever had that's exuding off (chicken coop reduction) aromas. Very aromatic though... tons of nice stuff alongside the "wtf?"
Leaving the bottle until tomorrow or the day after. We'll see if it blows off. It SHOULD as it doesn't seem to carry into the palate
****took multiple days with cork partially out for reduction to blow off. wine underneath had lost some life but was tasty.

slightly hazy medium ruby pour. nose showing cola, tree bark, bubble gum, and dark raspberry. palate is light with fresh acidity, quite carbonic, nice and crunchy. familiar palate with tart red fruits, cinnamon, clay, and granite. pleasing fine tannic backbone leads into a medium length finish. a reliably good drink year to year.

This cuvee is great in 2021. Ripe red fruit, smoke, violet, and earthy decay on the nose. Proper juice box, zippy acidity and light tannins, the fruit follows satisfyingly to the palate. Drinking like a baby corcelette, much better value prop than recent years.

Great color. The nose shows bright aromas of red fruits, flowers, spices and a hint of mineral. This is medium light bodied on the palate with good concentration and real class. So fresh! The medium plus length finish features refreshing acidity.

Little barnyard funk but not overpowering, dark cherry, light with an almost effervescent like texture. Would get again at this price

Lovely. Using this as our “white wine” starter. Clean pure aromatic BV.

Tons of red cherry. A bit carbonic and band-aidy.

(my second bottle in a row with tons of reductive poopy egg smells that need a LONG time to blow off)
