PnP syrlig nese med nype, etter litt tid. Særegen smak med nypeekstrakt, lang og god eple syre. Svakere enn forventet etter positiv opplevelse på smaking med Merete. 1 dag: har gjord godt. Opp 1p.

Very Burgundian in style. Super light, medium acidity, light tannins, some spices and red fruit. Just released, but drinking beautifully. Chacra has always surprised me as the most refined Pinot Noirs of South America. A far cry from the excesses of new world Pinots. This is their second wine and I think it’a the sweet spot that balances cost x quality.

Deep color. The nose shows clean aromas of dark cherry, minerals, stony earth and a hint of flowers. This is medium full bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and good class. The medium plus length finish features robust tannins.

ruby colour and light- to medium-body. a bit reticent at first, the nose opens up to bright berry and pomegranate aromas with some earthiness and minerality and subtle violet whiffs. fresh and silky in the mouth, it has a quiet manner as the fruit grows in intensity mid palate, buoyed by a lovely acidity and subtle structure, all in great balance. moderate-plus length.
there is a clarity and purity to the fruit that seems insusceptible to the accents at the moment. a different kind of Pinot that is accessible and drinkable now (likely with a quick decant), but should really come into its own in a couple of years.
12% AbV; from vines that date to 1955; aged in concrete tank (55%) used French oak (41%) and amphorae (4%)

Very nice, full fruit, albeit light, chalky, elegant in the traditional style. Harmony, here, very pure.
