Pale straw. Nose is clearly a SB with lemon, grassy tones, touch of spice and some vanilla. Palate is fresh and fruity with herbal tones, candied melon, pear, green apple, grapefruit, peach. Finishes long with more of the initial slightly tart pear notes. Good stuff, a little oaky if you like NZ SB's but might improve a bit with age.
