Solid QPR on this Chardonnay. Nose of green apple and pear. No oak, medium to strong acidity, medium body, and finish is long and somewhat sweet. This is definitely a summer Chardonnay.

Enjoyed with a roasted chicken and it was delightful. Not overpowering but a nice accent to the dinner. Very versitile white wine that would work in a variety of situations. Good character with a nice nose and taste from start to finish.

This was a fine chardonnay. Especially for $12 at Costco. I liked it better than most reviewers. I did notice a little more sweetness than usual but this only became more evident when it warmed up. Serve well chilled.

13.0% alcohol. Unoaked. Light green tinge to the color of this wine. Nice bouquet of sweet apple, pear, and minerals. In the mouth, this surprised me. It's not quite as racy as I had expected. It's got more flesh to it, with apple and pear fruit, along with solid acidity. The finish, obviously, has no oak. There is kind of a sweetness instead. The wine, from a distance, seems like it should have everything to be Chablis-like. Yet it ends up having more body and more of a sensibility of a Chardonnay that has been oaked, if that makes sense. The sweetness was a touch off-putting. B

Unoaked. Straw colored. Really nice tropical nose. Palate is dominated by banana leaf, with slightly bitter chalky note popping up on the reasonably lengthy finish. Jenn said she thought it was a bit hot w/ alcohol, but I didn't notice. Pretty good QPR at $14.

Not much to say. It has flavors of green apple, pear, and tangerine. A bit acidic on the finish with chalky minerality. It's okay, but overall a little austere.

Nice fresh aroma of gooseberries. Nice malo, somewhat balanced. Not enough fruit to make it interesting. Good that they didn't oak.

Lovely fruit driven Chardonnay. No oak and medium acidity make this a great sipper. Also nice QPR.
