Day 1: Slightly green/vegetal nose. Cocoa, coffee, black fruits. 70% sangiovese, 20% cabernet, 10% merlot. Suspect this would benefit from a few more years in the bottle. Day 2: Really came around after re-corking and a night in the fridge. Chocolate-covered cherry, hot chocolate. Lush nose. Slightly dusted tannins. Great stuff. Plan to give the last couple glasses another night in the fridge to see how it evolves. Day 3: Still going strong. Espresso, black fruit. Nice. Going to have to lay down a case of this, any bottle which I open-recork-open-recork-open over three days that improves = good stuff.

At first, very acidic and feels much too young. This doesn't feel ready to drink yet, after several hours it's starting to taste like a really nice Chianti. Store at least three-four years in the cellar.
