The nose was young and woody, with earthy strawberry. Seemed fresh, but the wine started to really fall apart after about an hour. Decent red fruits, solid acidity. But something seemed disjointed and i am not sure why this faded so fast. Drink now

This wine is still way too young. Even after two hours still was trying to show its fruit. Everything is there in good harmony, just needs 3-5 more years

Clos St Jacques Dinner (Alyn Williams at the Westbury): Quite a gamey nose of forest floor and dark fruits. Powerful rich palate with a lot of tannins. Short length.
What a difference a winemaker can make to a wine.
