Crisp, light, citrusy and mineral-heavy... was expecting and wanting more sweetness out of this wine and was surprised at how tart it was. Half the table enjoyed it and the other half (including myself) was disappointed, although I think I went in with the wrong expectations. Tasted the lime blossom but did not taste the bay leaf.

Finally! A bonny doon wine that I can get behind. The nose on this is melon and citrus. The flavor is dominated by pinnapple, apple and some sweet melons as well. While this is on the sweet side for my palate, I think that the flavor profile is enjoyable enough and I think that this wine would hold up well with some spicy foods or some bbq chicken or fish. For $20, I'd say this is a little overpriced, but if you have it, it's worth taking to a summer bbq or on a picnic.

surprisingly fresh, likely due to screw cap. Nice fruit, good acid. Green apples.

Honeydew nose with strong crisp minerality. Crisp and steely. A solid summer wine.

Second bottle was much better. Nice citrus and honey nose.
