  • Pale garnet with a rose-brick hue, clear meniscus. Typical Hunter River Burgundy aromatics, cherry, leather, baking spices; light to medium bodied, bright acid spine, tannins fully resolved now, sour cherry tones with a slight dusting of dried herb, the Chinese medicine note less prominent than the previous bottle, good length. 12% ABV.
