14.1% alcohol. Lovely cherry color. Aromatic bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, earth, spice, and a tinge of funk. In the mouth, tasty and quite linear. A juicy edge to the wine. Strong finish. A-

This is a very elegant wine and has a wonderful complexity for a Pinot Noir. It's nice to the nose and has a soft palate. Lot's of ripe berries with this wine, but a surprising amount of richness and earthiness that I detected. This is a great drinking wine. We paired it with shellfish in pasta and a buerre blanc and it made for a nice pairing.

Tomato, raspberry, parsley sort of thing on the nose. Rather flat and dulled out palate. At $29 I guess it is the entry point into the Siduri field and shows it. Tight, even though it has been open a day. I don't think this is going to unfold to greater heights.
