  • This is good stuff, well-aged, tannins rounded off. Darkest fruit profile of the Cappellano's drank to date. Rich and deep. Flavor is like looking into a very dark lake, where the water is absolutely clear yet what you see is deep and dark. Black cherries and black raspberries wrapped in leather. Strawberries, but they have been macerated in balsalmic vinegar. Fresh-grated nutmeg.

  • Beautiful nose of strawberry, cinnamon, forest floor and rose petals. Similar notes on the palate. Medium body with medium high tannin and acidity with a subtle medium long finish. Elegant and very nice overall.
