  • Drank with a chicken caesar salad - nice pairing. When it was cold, the lemon/lime notes really shined. Maybe even key lime pie. As it warmed, the nose was quite explosive with honeysuckle, pineapple, and lemon. Very nice. Unfortunately, the intensity on the palate wasn't as pronounced. The wine was quite thin with some lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple flavors. The flavors became more intense after warming, but it was a bit of a letdown after such a great nose. Still, this wine is a pretty good value from a great winemaker.
