Tasted at La Maison Gourmet in Mission Viejo, CA with Doug Margerum. Pretty thin nose with just hints of lemon cream and other citrus notes. The taste was full of tart lemon flavors, and an odd plastic-like flavor that came on pretty strong into the finish. The wine is very clean and crisp in style, and others at the table enjoyed it, but for the same price as the Sybarite Sauv Blanc, I find that to be a far more enjoyable wine from this producer.
