Really disappointing given past experiences with this: starts out like a classic Mosel Riesling, full of apple and pear fruit and herbal notes over a bed of slate and gentle, understated sweetness, but with time the sulfur takes over completely and makes this a challenge to smell, let alone taste. Shame.

Nice floral, wet stone, and peach nose. Felt slightly over sweet. Needed more of a cut for me. Nice minerality, however. Pleasant spatlese, but nothing exciting.

Fantastic again. Brilliant, clear fruit, expansive minerality and the fresh herbal flavours I always get from this site; flavour and depth with barely any sense of weight.

Holy crap is this good. Gorgeous fragrance the moment the cork was pulled; fresh limes and herbal elements, and this is really delicious - full of minerals and bright green fruited flavours, very light on its feet, just a hint of sweetness with bracing acidity and a minty, herbal finish that just stays.
