  • Consider the price(C$14.95), give it 92 points. Wine alone, can be 89 points. Another good example of Margaret River Cab. Nice balance of fruit, acid, tannin and alcohol. Just finish is little bit short. Finished 2 btl, going to buy more, but mostly 2008 vintage in shop, not sure whether will be the same.

  • Clear plum coloured core of moderate intensity out to a purple edge and thin watery rim. Bit of a fruit bomb on the nose and palate with some chocolate notes on both as well. Quite plush in the mouth with good acidity (mod+) that helps to bring a bit of elegance and balance. Mod+ alcohol and mod body and tannin. The finish is moderate with the fruit and chocolate continuing. Just ok - perhaps I was expecting too much...
