  • Tasted over three days.
    Slightly warm fruit, not as intense and crystallic as the 2010. Touch of development, but still young. Not much of a Volnay expression, but a fairly dense wine considering the Bourgogne Rouge classification.

    Ripe berries, touch of leaves/sous bois. Balanced on the palate, acidity present, but not a lot of it. Medium bodied wine. Slightly warm finish (day 3 after all), medium lenght.

    Drinks well now, can probably keep for another 5.
