This is a decent sparkler from Friuli. There is rather intense fruit dominated by ripe green apple and lime like acidity, which cleanses the palate, making this a good aperitive. Also because there is hardly any noticeable sweetness. Complexity is modestly enhanced by floral impressions and just a far hint of vanilla. The Charmat method does apparently not introduce a lot of lees derived flavours here.
