8k gold color with light body. Apple aromas with peach, pineapple, and citrus flavors. Short finish. This vintage may be past it's prime; was a lot better eleven months ago.

Wine That Pops! (Farpointe Cellar): This wine was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was pretty good for the price. It had a nice golden color. The nose had nice apple and pear fruit, along with a nice floral note. The palate had the same fruit, as well as a bit of spice. The sweetness really cut down on the acid and made the finish cut a little short.

Tasted June 30, 2006 at a retail tasting. Opened and served immediately in a Riedel tasting glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of apples, pears and some toast. Flavors of apples, pears and citrus fruits. Medium acidity, light to medium bodied. Drink now. Based on the local retail price of $13.59 I’d say the value here is is between agreeable and recommended.

Sweet honeysuckle nose; pear, apple and nectarine on the palate, could be creamier, but had just the right sweetness

Very refreshing. A light and sparkling wine. Very nice change of pace from a Chardonnay and Savignon Blanc

Tons of acidity and bitterness, with little or no fruit. Barely drinkable.

One of my favorites. A nice sweetness that's not overdone. Wonderful aromas out of the glass and a nice smooth lingering finish.
