  • From a pristine bottle purchased upon release, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. On the nose, it featured pears, apricots, and white stone.

    This evolved quite a bit with 2 hours of air. It was a bit heavy and apricot oriented when first tasted. However, with air the acidity firmed up, and the white stone developed, to nicely balance the exotic elements.

    I don't believe this will be getting much better but it should hold at this level for at least 5 years. Enjoy!
