Dry, very dry. medium to full body and in nice purple-ish red color. Some smell of citrus, with some berries. Overall, simple and I think it's over due, should have drink it earlier.

Deep, dark red color; nice bouquet of plums and hint of raisins; first taste impression is TANNINS!, so I know why others mentioned the dry taste. Middle palate a bit tart, sour and acidic, finish was longer with hints of graphite. This is not a good sipping wine, but with a little cheese it mellowed right out and I really enjoyed it. Not the greatest balance, but very nice with food. We enjoyed it with roast beef & veggies and a little quinoa.

Pretty full body, dark bold red color but just a little too dry for my taste. Not fruity, probably passed best consumption time. Quite a different wine from a year ago.

Astringent and oaked. The wine is definitely palatable but lacks complexity. Very dark in color and with hints of blackberries, plums and cloves on the nose. Drinks relatively well alone but not a favorite. The fruit of this vintage shows through some but is overshadowed by the tannic finish.

(13.5%) Warm fruit and barrel spice on the nose. In the mouth you are greeted with under ripe, juicy blueberry flavors. This one could use just a little more depth or a touch more fruit as acidity leaves the mid-palate a bit tart. The finish is dry and toasty with chewy soft tannins that linger on. Not the rich flavor profile I’ve come to expect from a Petite Sirah but well made and fairly priced at $7. Just lacking that little something to get me to pull the trigger on buying this one again.

A fair wine, a bit dry. It's good with more salty food. A

Seemed one note - a little over-ripe raisins for my taste - but not horrendous

Big bright red berries, decent acidity, and moderate tannin. Bordering on fruit bomb but enjoyable, though not very complex, especially for $7.
