Kept this several years too long; the top half of the bottle was lovely, slightly "darker" flavour than I recall from past bottles, very faintly pungent but not in a bad way. The expected marmalade taste and smell. I've used the first glass as the basis for my rating. Unfortunately there was rather a lot of sediment in the bottle and the cloudier the glass, the nastier the taste. A full third of the bottle went down the drain :-(

It is just striking how this varietal truly tastes as orange as the color. It is quite sweet and goes well with bittersweet chocolate desserts. Full-bodied and round mouth feel.

I've always loved this appealing sweet muscat. It is pretty exotic with the pure orange aromas and clove-spice aspect. Beautiful and very fun. Can also be used creatively in cocktails, but I love it straight.

sweet is the point here, so to complain about it seems unfair. There is a lack of acidity or structure that just makes this a syrupy, sticky wine. The flavor is good, however, and the candied orange, fruit cocktail taste of it is not unpleasing..

Not the most complex wine, but still a good drinking. Nice orange color, somewhat shy nose and candied orange, pineapple taste. long sweet finish.

The orange flavor profile worked perfectly with a grand marnier flan during desert.

Brought this wine to a dinner party to pair with my wife's coconut cake. It was well recieved. A superb value in the dessert wine arena.
