  • Orange wine, a great Ribolla Gialla from Collio.
Expressive note of apricots, grapefruit, delicate smokiness.
Elegant and rich, with lively acidity and silky texture underlining fruit flavors.
    Lingering, infinite aftertaste.
After 10 years, still perfect. I think Castellada's Ribolla is less powerful and finer than Gravner's one (made in amphora). Loved it!

  • This wine was perfect with Italien food (salami, mortadella, chees..). Very round and elegand. Polished and gentle. Slightly nutty, with some milkcream and almond splitters. Again green apples. The most elegant wine of the night.
