Bright straw, thin stream of endless bubbles. A bit smoky and closed at first, but as the wine warmed, an oily richness of fresh coconut macaroons, vanilla bean and challah emerged. The palate followed the nose, closed at first and then it exploded into a rich and full-bodied palate with notes of profiterole, black-cap raspberry, white truffles, citrus rind, sweet tea and caramel brulee, with a long, enveloping finish. Medium acid, rich mousse, almost a hints of tannins (elevage in used Sauternes barrrels!!!!!) Wonderful Blanc de Noirs, highly recommended.

Drank at flavor in SD. Deliciously nutty and yeasty. Paired with beet salad and goat cheese.

Black cherry aromas. Medium weight, serious, dry, dark palate with good finishing minerality and freshness. I liked this a lot.
