This is in an oaky style but it sure was delicious. Nose of vanilla and toasty oak. Creamy fruit on the palate but enough acidity to give some edges to a long full finish.

N- toasty oak nose, cooked peaches P- creamy soft beginning of vanilla custard, nice crisp acidity mid palate, warm toasty oak finish. Agree too much oak, needs to lay down longer

Rich french toast on the nose. Full-bodied, mouth coating and heavy on the palate. Excellent lingering finish - toasty, minerality, and lime. Needs food. Bit too much oak for my liking.

13.5% ABV. Light gold in the glass. Toasted corn cereal nose. Medium bodied with somewhat tangy granny smith apple like flavors. Medium finish. Okay.
