Fresh, vibrant, detailed aromatics on a nose that holds up over two days and that is both interesting and truly seductive. Perfectly balanced, and so the wine is hard to describe because none od the flavors stick out. But there’s a lot going on here, and although mature, it’s more about complexity of flower and stone than it is patrol. And at 11.5%, so very drinkable.

Delicious...on the sweet side though, with not quite enough acid to balance it if you drink it on its own. The acid does peek out a little bit during the finish, which is long and full of interest. With moderately spicy food this lack of acidity is counteracted and the wine comes across as more balanced. Should age well and even improve if the sugar precipitates out of solution to some extent.

This is delicious- plenty of weight, off dry, excellent acidic zip, close to perfect balance. These wines can be all over the place from vintage to vintage but this is what you buy them for! Still much life ahead.

served with spiceful Indian dinner. Yellow gold, soft nose of lemon, buttercotch. Palate of honey, tropical (pineapple?) fruit, apricot, weet fruit dominant over acidity, medium body for a semi-sweet rielsling. Acidity appears more on finish. Acidty vs sweetness a bit disjointed across the sipping. Cannot decide if this is at it's best or wait at least 1-2 more years.

drank over two nights. First night was off-dry (but rather semi-sweet), honey, apple, tropical, acids balanced but noticable sweetness (89 pts). For the seecond night, the acidity disappeared a bit and so the sweetness was a bit too much (85pts)

One of immich's sweet wines, tropical fruit notes with minerals and acidity, bit of complexity, but not the underlying tension and precision I would have liked, enjoyable, but not exciting

Clear straw yellow. There's a slight sponti tone in the nose, which is joined by fresh mint, apricot, apple and with some temperature a clear woodruff aroma. It's fresh and animating. On the palate, it has good minerality, a rather low acidity and quite some power, again with lots of woodruff, apricot and apple. The finish is appley, too and is a bit adstringend in the mouth. It's quite sweet. This may develop into something grand, but is hard to judge right now. After 48 hours open in the fridge it has improved a lot and has become more precise and on point.

The nose was bursting with aromas of lemon, butter biscuit, and white cream sauce (velouté for those who know it). On the palate, this wine first showed a burst of sour lemon, which was immediately followed by a rush of sweetness and acidity that truly stimulated the taste buds. Upon further exploration, an earthy note of white mushroom came forward with more citrus, hinting on grapefruit. The finish was long and fresh with lemon and lime. This wine is beautiful.

Great value, acid balances sweetness well. Petrol only just starting to pull through

A fine sipper with Japanese takeout. As others noted a bit imbalanced and on the sweet side with acid only showing on finish. Not very complex.

Good off-dry Riesling, proper acidity, very typical and not too remarkable at this stage.
