Now this is coming together nicely! Very deep nose of black berries, chocolate and liquories. Full bodied and the previous oakiness is now better integrated into the thick chugs of ripe blackberry fruitiness. Paired with bacon wrapped tenderloin bbq.

It is just to much for my palate. To over the top fruit and oak splinters all over my gum. To me a wine must be driven by its acidity to remain fresh and vibrant.

WOTN. For an Aussie Shiraz, I actually found it to be restrained. Still not a food wine, but nice balance with a loong finish. Pretty good value.
